Weddings at The Nature Place
TNP offers wedding packages all year! Our wedding packages are priced by season and whether it’s a Saturday or Sunday. From outdoor summer weddings to cozy winter weddings, all seasons are beautiful in our naturally lit Atrium. Wedding packages include the entire facility plus the 5 acres of outdoor grounds surrounding the building. Couples can add a ceremony arbor, twinkle lights, a PA system, and/or our Naturalist Program to their packages.

Or maybe that program is just for the kiddos attending – we can tailor it for you. Our packages also offer two hours of clean-up the day after the wedding, so you don’t have to rush all in one night! TNP also has no restrictions on vendors or food served, so Grandma’s homemade cookies or a family potluck is a-OK! Make your Next Meeting more Meaningful
Daytime rentals for events such as meetings, retreats, etc. are cheaper than weeknight and weekend rentals for all rooms. Our rooms are equipped with projectors, screens, speakers, a microphone, tables, and chairs. An event staff person will also be around to help set up, troubleshoot any AV/technology, and clean up. Wondering what room your group will fit into?
- The La Crosse Room is ideal for smaller groups under 25.
- The Discovery Room is our classroom with terrarium animals and can fit up to 40 folks.
- Our largest room, the Marshview Room, can accommodate up to 150 people and has a kitchenette.
Thursday evenings after 4 PM are a good time to plan your company party or community event, as we offer 50% off entire facility bookings. The entire facility allows folks the ability to bring in and serve open-bar alcohol (limited to beer/wine/malt beverages). Guests also have access to all rooms and the 5 acres surrounding the building. Want some music at that event? You can add our portable PA system to your reservation for $75 and Bluetooth a playlist – easy!
Celebrate your Birthday with Us
The Birthday Party Programs here at TNP are a blast – for kids and adults! Choose from eight different animal-based themes, and our team will present an hour-long program consisting of meeting some of our live animal ambassadors, a craft, and a game related to the theme, with the rest of the time available for food, presents, etc. Our programs are great for children ages two to ten.
The best part about renting at The Nature Place is that your reservation dollars directly support our environmental programs and help fuel our mission to cultivate meaningful connections between people and nature, for the benefit of both. We hope to see you soon!
