Born and raised in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Sophia grew up surrounded by nature. As a kid, Sophia loved spending time camping with her family, volunteering at a local wildlife sanctuary and visiting her grandparent’s cabin in Northern Wisconsin. In 2025 Sophia graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point after completing a degree in Wildlife Ecology and another in Fine Art. Sophia looks forward to working with people, wildlife, art, and natural resources, both at The Nature Place and beyond. In her free time, Sophia enjoys birdwatching, reading, painting, and photography.
