Emma grew up in La Crosse, hiking though the bluffs and learning in the marsh. She gained a love for the outdoors from her teachers at a local charter school, which has only continued to grow. Emma graduated from Winona State University with a degree in Environmental Biology and a minor in sustainability. She studied trout populations and their habitats in local streams around Winona. Emma is excited to pass her love of nature to everyone she teaches. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking and doing anything outdoors!
