DESCRIPTION:Enviro-Wednesdays is an adult (ages 14+) nature series on the f
 irst Wednesday of every month at 7 PM at The Nature Place (unless otherwis
 e noted). Free\, no registration necessary. Brought to you by The Nature P
 lace and Friends of the Marsh. Join us to enhance your nature knowledge. 
 Different topics and speakers every month!\n\nThis month's program:  Adit
 i is a high school senior in Onalaska\, WI. She is passionate about Earth 
 and Planetary Sciences. Sustainability work is also important to her. She 
 will talk about her work on her sustainable technology book and her Miyawa
 ki forest projects\, both of which she did with funding from the Youth Cli
 mate Action Fund.  She will also discuss sustainability and climate educa
 tion in schools and how it is so important for the younger generation to b
 e informed.  Aditi loves to see how policy and government intersect Earth
  and Space\, and plans to do an interactive workshop for kids around La Cr
 osse County on this topic\, taking them around the bluffs\, rivers\, and c
 ourthouses!
