Blake Olson grew up in La Crosse, WI and is excited to be back in his hometown where his passion and appreciation of nature began. His family would take long drives across the country to experience the wonders of the natural environment and short drives to camp at Lake Neshonoc. He is also an Eagle Scout and spent every summer hiking and camping with his troop across the country. He attended UW-Madison and graduated in 2020 where he studied Conservation Biology and Geography. He moved back to La Crosse in the summer of 2022 to work with the Mississippi Valley Conservancy and Friends of the Blufflands. In his free time Blake likes to enjoy the outdoors in any and all ways, as well as play card games and help others while trying to live a sustainable lifestyle.
